PROGRAM - RULES - PACKAGE - ENTRY

Supa Oldie Sports International (SOSI) is an Organization that specializes in "Over 35 " Soccer Tournaments. Its development was due to the phenomenal growth of the "Over 35 Soccer League" in Australia.Since 1996 SOS has held five very successful "International Oldies Tournaments" called "World Fun Cup's". These "Oldies World Championships" were held in Australia, Argentina, Australia, Germany and New Zealand in 2002.

The year 2004, sees SOS International host another Festival at the popular destination of Australia's Holiday Playground...the Gold Coast.
Teams from around the world will once again experience the now famous "Supa Oldie Spirit". It's not only the "Oldie World Championship" but also the "Sportsmanship" and "Comradeship" that highlights the Philosophy of SOS International. We are proud to invite you to our 2004 "Oldie World Championship". Our games will be played at the magnificent Sporting Complex of Carrara Stadium. This will be another opportunity for you to sample a "Soccer Holiday of a Life Time".

THE PROGRAM


Fun, Soccer, Holiday and Fellowship that's the only way to describe this Soccer Extravaganza. All these factors have been combined to bring this unique Festival to you.
The special atmosphere and the natural beauty of the Gold Coast will be just an added attraction to the game that we all love...soccer.... and you are guaranteed a week of enjoyment, packed with entertainment. The philosophy of SOS International is "Fun & Fellowship" and our Motto is; "Participation is more important than Winning". Obviously, every player goes on the park to win, that's only natural, but at our stage of life we should enjoy the game to the full...in that respect SOS International recognizes all players over 60 years of age. During the Opening Function all players 60 and over are given "Golden Shorts". This creates a lot of fun, however, behind all that is a very important point. It is a gesture of recognition by SOS International to all those players who have devoted all their life to the greatest game of all; and at 60 years or over are still active on the park. That in itself demands Respect and the Golden Shorts are the "Symbol"of this.

No football, your " Fun Day "

Thursday,8th April
Footy time again ... a chance to display your skills.

Friday 9th - April
Another great day of Football and a night off to relax.

Saturday, 10th April
Finals day and in the evening Farewell Party.

Sunday, 11th April
Onwards to other destinations.

ENTRY & PAYMENT PROCEDURE
Entry Procedure
:
1. Fill out Entry Form and forward to: SOS International P.O.BOX 8687 Gold Coast M.C. QLD. 9726 Australia. Or Email to: info@sos-int.com.au
2. Upon receipt by SOS of the completed Entry Form and appropriate Fees; SOS will forward a receipt for the Fee plus a blank Attendee List
3. Please complete and fill out Attendee List and return to SOS International.
4. Make sure you tell us exactly what type of "Packages" your participants want.
5. Once all your needs have been clarified SOS can give you some firm prices.
6. Entries close on the 31st January 2004 or earlier if fully booked.
PAYMENT PROCEDURE:
7. A Entry Fee of A$150 per team (individual A$20) must be paid when forwarding Entry Form.
8. A deposit of A$200 per person must be sent with the Attendee List.
9. Final Payment of outstanding money's must be fully paid before 29th February 2004.

RULE OF PLAY / CONDITIONS OF ENTRY.


1
. All players must reach their respective minimum age by the 31st December 2004.
2. Age Divisions: a) Ladies - open age. b) Men over 35 years. c) Men over 45 years. d) Men over 55 years.
3. Players can play down an Age Division but not up.
4. All participants must utilize the nominated Ground Operators and other suppliers named in this Brochure.
If these suppliers cannot be utilized then SOSI reserves the right to nominate a preferred alternative.
5. PLEASE NOTE: a) Entries close 31st January 2004. b) Final Payment 29th February 2004.
6. Every Person must Purchase a Festival Package in order to Participate.
7. Personal Property and Medical Insurance is your responsibility. SOSI, its Officials and Agents will not be responsible for any claim for injury,
loss or damage arising out of your direct or indirect connection or participation in this Festival.
8. It is a condition of entry that every person participates at his or her own risk.
9. Team Entry Fee A$ 150.
10. Individuals may enter and form part of a composite Team. Entry Fee A$ 20.
11. Team Entry Fee or any other payment will be refunded only if cancellation is received in writing prior to 29th February 2004.
An amount of A$ 200 will be deducted for administration charges.
12. All Entrants accept & agree that any or all Photos, Videos and or Films either taken individually or Groups can be used by SOS Int. or its Agents
for Promotional purposes.
13. The Person signing the Entry Form Acknowledges & Accepts these Conditions of Entry on behalf of Team Members, Supporters and Individuals.
